Reserves Form

1. Please submit this form at least one week prior to the beginning of classes. While some items may already be in the Art Library, others may need to be recalled or purchased.
2. Due to space limitations, only required material should be placed on reserve. Please limit copies to a maximum of (3) three per item.
3. Photocopied items must comply with US Copyright laws; for example, it is not legal to photocopy an entire book.
4. Faculty members are responsible for making their own photocopies of articles; the Art Library will return them at the end of the quarter.
5. If an item is a personal copy, please check the appropriate box. Please remember that faculty members are responsible for bringing personal copies.
