Floor Plans

The main level of the library contains the books, journals, series, conference proceedings, atlases, microfiche, and computer materials. The GIS workstations are also found on this floor.

The mezzanine level of the library contains the maps, both folded and flat, some of the atlases, and the open-file materials from state and Canadian geological surveys.

The Branner storage contains materials coded in the library catalog as EARTH SCIENCES — Location: STORAGE, LCK-STK, or Map-STOR. Materials shelved here include atlases, books, journals, maps, rare materials, and series. Materials on this floor require 24 hour notice for paging.
