Technical Support
When requesting tech support, please send the following
information to one of Stanford's tech support contacts:
- Product name and version
- Operating System you're using
- A detailed description of your question,
including the operations used, and the exact wording of any error
messages
- If one of the
campus contacts listed below is not able to attend to
your question themselves, they will forward it to ESRI. You
should receive a reply in 1 to 2 working days.

Stanford's Site License with ESRI authorizes
5 individuals to contact ESRI Tech Support Services directly. Individual
campus users are not permitted to contact ESRI tech support.
Users often
bypass ESRI technical support altogether by:
A) searching support.esri.com
or lists.directionsmag.com/discussion
B) posting queries themselves to one of the GIS listservs:
