ArchiviaNet. A National Archives of Canada online research and consultation tool, searchable by theme or by type of document. Provides finding aids to groups of documents and individual items in the archival holdings, some of which are digitized and available online.
Early Canadiana Online. A digital library of documents pertaining to Canadian history. Contains over 2 million pages, about half of which are available to non-subscribers.
Electronic Collection: A Virtual Collection of Monographs and Periodicals (Library and Archives Canada). A collection of Canadian books and periodicals online, including more than 16,000 titles and more than 64,000 serial issues published by both the commercial and the government publishing sector.

Statistics Canada
The Champlain Society Digital Collection (University of Toronto Libraries). Digital version of 83 of the Champlain Society's most important volumes dealing with exploration and discovery over three centuries. Includes first-hand accounts of Samuel de Champlain's voyages in New France as well as the diary from Sir John Franklin's first land expedition to the Arctic, 1819-22.
