Special Collections
The collections listed on these pages include manuscripts, correspondence, and working papers produced by British and Commonwealth poets, novelists, and dramatists from the late eighteenth century to the present. Also included are extensive Romantic and Victorian poetry collections, popular and mass-culture book collections, and materials related to aspects of British social and cultural history. Collections are organized by historical period. Individual collections that span more than one period are listed under each relevant category. Links to specific electronic finding aids are located on the individual collection pages. Individual items are typically not listed in Socrates (Stanford’s online catalog).

The collections are housed in Green Library’s Special Collections.
