• Art History Resources -- Developed by Chris Witcombe, Sweet Briar College. Organized in a chronological outline by artists and styles.
• Art Source -- An excellent site, with groupings for image collections, museum information, art libraries, academic art programs, art events, artistŐs projects, and more.
• Arts Search Engine -- A search engine devoted specifically to the arts, sponsored by Ohio State University at Newark's art gallery.
• FineArt Forum WWW Resource Directory -- The Web resource page for the FineArt Forum, the news service of the Art, Science and Technology Network (ASTN).

Arts Organizations

• American Council for the Arts -- ArtsUSA is the site of the American Council for the Arts (ACA).
• New York Foundation for the Arts -- NYFA is one of the largest non-profit providers of grants and services to individual artists and their organizations in all artistic disciplines. It includes Arts Wire, a national computer-based communications network for the arts community designed to enable artists, individuals, and organizations in arts communities across the country to better communicate, share information, and coordinate their activities.
