This loose-leaf reference source from the Hamburg center for film research focuses on biographies of directors, actors, authors, producers and others. Early German film, film in the GDR, the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and film emigration are included.(In German.)

Cinegraph and the Stiftung Deutsche Kinemathek started in 1991 to compile an index to Germany's most important daily cinema periodical Film-Kurier, that was published from 1919 to 1945. Currently available are the years 1919-1927.
