Lebensreform - Reform movements in Germany

A collection of books and periodicals dedicated to the social and reform movements in Germany ("Lebensreform") from the library of Janos Frecot, Berlin. A listing of the major rubrics of the collection (in German) and a brief description of the collection, emphasizing the collector's interests and the history of the collection (also in German) are available.

Venkat Mani, then a graduate student in German Studies with interests in alternative movements and popular culture, helped organize and process this collection. He has provided a brief essay about its contents and organizational strategies.
