Sozialistisches Büro was a group concerned
with the left wing journal Links - Sozialistische Zeitung
and active during the years 1969 - 1983. During that period of
time the group was actively publishing in addition to their other
protest engagements.
The collection consists of approximately 240 publications,
300 major pamphlets (Flugblätter), handouts (Handzettel),
and propaganda leaflets (Werbeschriften). This set of ephemera
is arranged chronologically.

Sozialistisches Büro had issued the
newspapers Links which began in 1969 and Express
which started 1973 until it closed its offices in 1983. Both
titles are still being published today by successor groups of
editors. These periodicals are also part of the Stanford collections.
