SULAIR Human Resources

Disability, Family Leaves, and Workers' Compensation

The employee and supervisor are required to notify Human Resources (see notification procedures below) when an employee is injured on the job, or absent for three consecutive workdays due to family or medical reasons. An employee must apply for disability benefits if on sick leave for more than 5 consecutive working or 7 consecutive calendar days for the same illness or injury.
