Non-Protocol Request Forms
Stanford Interlibrary Services is upgrading to a new software program to manage Interlibrary Services. Though ILL had scheduled the new request form to be live by the end of June, we continue to test. We anticipate that our new e-request form should be available on July 10. Unfortunately, alternative forms of requests will not be accepted in the interim. Requests via e-mail, ALA forms, fax, telephone, or mail will not be processed. We apologize
for any inconvenience to your patrons.
We are excited to offer you improved service and an updated e-request form, when Interlibrary Services resumes full operations.
Stanford Interlibrary Services appreciates your cooperation and patience.
Non-protocol request forms are for borrowers that do not participate in
reciprocal agreements with Stanford University Libraries: RLG ShaRes members,
University of California Libraries, University of Texas at Austin, and Göttingen
University Libraries. Please read Interlibrary
Lending Policies before submitting your request.
Non-protocol patrons include:
- Academic, public, corporate, law and specialized libraries
- United States Government Agencies
- Non-profit organizations
**Note: Independent researchers are
asked to submit their requests through their local public library.**
- Book
form for books, dissertations/theses, technical reports, government documents
and maps.
- Article
form for articles from periodicals, book chapters, conference proceedings,
etc.
Crown Law, Jackson Business,
Lane Medical, SLAC,
and Hopkins Marine
Station libraries provide their own interlibrary loan services and should
be contacted directly.
