Asia Pacific
Centre on Integrated
Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific (CIRDAP) - The
vision of CIRDAP relates to an improved quality of life for the rural people
of the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on the poor and the
disadvantaged groups. Areas of interest include natural resource management,
recycling of organic waste, and sustainable development. CIRDAP has also set
up a Rural Development Communications Network on its Web site.
