Interlibrary Services & Document Delivery

Interlibrary borrowing (ILB) services are available for all Stanford ID holders. You may submit requests by filling out the appropriate online form (SUNet ID required) or by submitting a request form at the library. Book requests are processed by Interlibrary Services at Green Library. Pick up and return books obtained via ILB to the Interlibrary Services Office in Green Library, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5pm. The Math/CS Library will also acquire copies of journal articles, technical reports, etc. that are not found at Stanford.

If the book or journal is not owned by Stanford but is available at the University of California, Berkeley or the University of Texas at Austin, and you have a valid Stanford ID and meet the eligibility requirements, you can request books and copies of articles online using the RLCP forms (Research Library Cooperative Program). This program makes the library resources of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Texas at Austin available to scholars from Stanford. For more information, see RLCP - Research Library Cooperative Program. Please e-mail the library at mathcslib@stanford.edu for additional assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: Faculty, scholars, staff and students affiliated with the Graduate School of Business, Hoover Institution, the Law School, and the School of Medicine should contact their libraries for Interlibrary Services.
