Reference
Library staff are available Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm to provide
help with library research, to provide instruction on the use of
the Library, and to assist in finding and accessing information
not owned by the Library. Online search services are available by
appointment. Reference help is also available by sending email to
mathcslib or by
filling out a “Reference
Questions” form.
Reference is offered equally to Stanford faculty, staff, and students
from any department on campus. However, limited reference service
is available to visitors; please see the libraries'
reference policy statement.
Tours of the Library, group instruction, and specialized training
in mathematics, statistics, and computer sciences information sources
can also be arranged by inquiring at the Circulation Desk (650)
723-4672 or by emailing Linda Yamamoto at linday@stanford.edu.
Library instruction programs in support of core undergraduate courses
are based in Green Library. Contact Malgorzata Schaefer at mschaefe@stanford.edu,
