HMS Electronic Journals & Newsletters

Here is a selective list of journals that are available electronically. In some cases they are full-text. In others, you will find citations and abstracts with full-text only for selected articles. This is a small fraction of journals available through Stanford. If the title you want is not "marine" , then you should also check Lane Medical Library's ejournal list and Stanford University Library's ejournal list. You can also search the journal title in Socrates and when you look at the "long" display you will find a URL link to the full-text for those Stanford has licensed. You also might check PubMed Central since they are adding new things faster then they get added to these lists. There is a site called Free Full-Text that picks up individual sample issues. Especially for foreign title, you might try Scientific Electronic Library Online SciELO. Finally, there is a Directory of Open Access Journals.
