Abstract: Small polydisperse circular DNA was isolated from the brain of the senorita. Size determination ranged from 1.4 to 1.8 kb with the absence of significant mitochondrial contamination. Small polydisperse circular DNA was also isolated from tissue of the spleen; however, no circular DNA was detected in the liver.
