Use the Keyword index in SOCRATES (e.g., Iran
and Women) to identify books in the library. Scholarly books normally include
extensive bibliographies; MAKE USE OF THEM. Such library subject headings
as Technical Assistance; Economic Assistance; Rural Development;
Community Development; Voluntarism; Appropriate Technology;
and Intermediate Technology may be useful in combination with keyword
searching. The library subject heading for Third World is Developing Countries
(formerly Underdeveloped Areas)
