Workstations #11 and #12, which have FileGuard, are set up with two “users”:

Guest
CAS

To access applications available, choose a user by doing the following steps:

To use Guest:

1. Select Protection menu bar item
2. Select Log off
3. Click on Guest box in lower right corner of window
4. Select needed applications from Launcher

Note: all user files will be saved in “Documents f” folder located on the hard disk.

To use CAS:

1. Select Protection menu bar item
2. Select Log off
3. Type CAS in capital letters in name box
4. Type password in all lower case letters in access key box
5. Select STN Express from Launcher
6. When finished, be sure to select Log off from Protection menu so that unauthorized users cannot access CAS after you leave

Note: all logged session files will be saved in “Documents f” folder located on the hard disk.
