Finding Library Materials

SOCRATES, the online library catalog of Stanford, contains bibliographic records for all items held by the Tanner Philosophy Library. The SUL web pages provide access to a variety of academic, institutional and scholarly information.

Shelving Arrangement

Books and reference materials are shelved by call number, whereas journals are shelved alphabetically by title.
