Process Changes Discussion
The following section details the individual
Process Changes. For each, the first page
illustrates the change's place in the full
schematic redesign; it summarizes key
assumptions, and estimates reductions in numbers
of transactions and the resulting dollar savings.
The next pages expand that summary into a New
Process Description which suggests how the
redesigned process might work, supplying more
details of the plan along the way. The sections
on Observations/Motivation for Change provide
background details of the current process and
note pertinent observations made during the
Team's study. Required Actions list some of the
critical investments required for the Process
Change to happen.
