    Cataloging Workflow:
    Video Recordings

    1. Receivers receive material, inserting any appropriate flags and writing Unicorn ID on routing flag.
    2. All materials are batched put on the desktop of the LS4 assigned to media materials..
    3. LS4 searches for copy, and catalogs any items with exact, derived, or enhanced copy.
    4. Feature films without copy are cataloged by the LS4, other original cataloging is given to the media cataloger.
    5. Call number is written on routing flag or a printout of the bib screen is placed with the item. For all notifies, a printout of the bib screen must accompany the item.
    6. All paperwork placed in or on item and finished materials are hand carried to Binding and Finishing for end processing. Materials for Special Collections should be placed in the locked closet in the selectors' room.
