the following guidelines when receiving shipments from Oak Knoll:

First copies of titles from Oak Knoll should be cataloged for Special Collections following the special collections receiving guidelines.
If you find that Stanford already has a copy of the title in hand
in Special Collections, please catalog the second copy for Green
Stacks.

Special Collections and Green Stacks, please see the unit supervisor
