    Printing Vendor Address Labels

    • You can find a folder of vendor address label addresses in the MonoRec shared network file: \\Sul-ts-monorec\Forms\Vendor Address labels
    • If the vendor you need is not in the folder, please ask your supervisor to add them.
    • It is common courtesy and requirement to print another sheet of address labels if you are using the last label for a vendor.

    Printing Labels

    1. Open the vendor label that you need.
    2. Place a blank sheet of Avery address labels (found with other Returns supplies) in the printer. For LaserJet 400, place sheet of labels face down.
    3. Click on Tools; Envelopes and labels
    4. Click on Labels
    5. Click on Options
    6. Choose Avery Standard, 5261-Address (Once you choose this, it will default to this label each time you open it until you choose another label type). OR choose whatever Label # is printed on the sheet.
    7. Click Full page of the same label
    8. Be sure the entire label in the box is highlighted before printing
    9. Click print
