Creating a User Name and Password

Select Register. You must be a registered user to use alerts and preferences.

Complete the registration form.

After completing the registration form, select Submit.

Enter your user name and password in the login form:

Setting preferences

On the Search page, select Preferences.

Set search preferences and alert preferences. Select Submit.

The Preferences page looks like this:

In Search preferences, preferences for searching, sorting, limiting, and displaying results can be set.

Alert frequency and format can be set in Alert preferences.

If you use a public or shared computer, select Logout when you are done.
