Results are displayed in a brief format showing authors, title, and source information.The maximum number of records displayed is set in Records to display on the general search page.
To view one full record, select the Full record link.
To view several selected records, use the procedure for marking records outlined below.
From the initial results page.
- Mark desired items using the check boxes.
- Select the Marked records button.
- Choose the level of detail to display. Choose View in browser or Download. Output in tagged format can be downloaded to a file management program.
- Select the Submit button.
- Marks are retained until you select Clear all marks or exit SciSearch Plus.
From the full record page
- Mark each desired item from the full citation page by selecting Mark this record.
- Select Marked records from the toolbar.
- Choose the level of detail to display. Choose View in browser or Download. Output in tagged format can be downloaded to a file management program.
- Select the Submit button.
- Marks are retained until you select Clear all marks or exit SciSearch Plus.
Marking the same record repeatedly will not result in duplicate items.
To print selected records, first mark records as outlined above.To print, use the print feature of your browser.
To email selected records, first mark records as outlined above.Select E-mail or use the email feature of your browser. Enter an email address.
To download selected records, first mark records as outlined above. Choose a level of detail. Select Tagged and View in browser.
If your file management program supports direct dowload, select Export.
Select Submit.
If you displayed records in your browser, copy and paste displayed tagged records or save displayed records to a file. Use the Back button to exit the marked record display.
