The Research Libraries Group Shared Resources Service allows RLG member
institutions to expand and enhance their collections through access
to and delivery of materials owned by other research institutions
within the RLG community (see the Shares
ILL Directory for a list of member institutions). This agreement
provides for expedited interlibrary loan service between members.
It also provides access to materials not normally available for
interlibrary loan, such as Special Collections. Stanford patrons
may obtain items from other Shares institutions through Interlibrary
Borrowing. On-site
privileges are also extended to Stanford faculty, students, and
academic staff.
