University of California Reciprocal Services Program (RSP) The University of California / Stanford University Reciprocal Services Program (RSP) provides eligible Stanford users with the same on-site access and borrowing privileges as are accorded their counterparts at each of the U.C. campus general libraries. (Stanford patrons who wish to borrow material from the U.C. campus libraries but have no need for on-site access or borrowing should submit a request to the Interlibrary Borrowing service in Green Library; an RSP card is not required for this service.) Eligibility
Faculty (current and emeritus), academic staff, and currently registered doctoral and graduate students are eligible to participate in RSP. Patrons should apply at the Privileges office in Green Library, during Circulation desk hours, for an RSP card. A current Stanford identification card is required. University of California patrons should obtain RSP cards from their home institution.
