Emphasis. EM should
<strong>not</strong> be used simply to get a typographic effect, but to
emphasise a concept; it is a form of inflection, not decoration. To
indicate an even stronger level of emphasis, use STRONG. If EM is
analogous to a raised voice, STRONG is raising your voice and banging on
the table.</p>
