Description:
defines a pointer to another location in the current docu-
ment in terms of one or more identifiable elements.
Attributes:
target: specifies the destination of the pointer as one or more
SGML identifiers
Data type: IDREFS
Value: Each value specified must be the same as that specified as
value for an ID attribute for some other element in the cur-
rent SGML document.
Default value: #REQUIRED
This attribute is required.
