Acknowledgements

As is often the case with web-related projects, this guide was cobbled together from a number of sources, the source of many of which have long since vanished into a haze of electronic vapour and dimming memory. This is especially true of the graphics included here, all of which were picked up on the Web at some time or other, and many of which weren't signed. If you know the source of any unacknowledged image presented here please get in touch with the author, who will try hard to reach the artist.
